Remodeling, renovations and home buying have long been a hot topic, near and dear to the hearts of many homeowners and aspiring homeowners. Starting with shows like “This Old House”, DIY remodeling and design shows now permeate the realm of reality television
Over the past few years, Four Brothers has passed up the opportunity to be featured in several reality-based remodeling shows as we are clear that our strength is designing and building beautiful spaces; not entertainment! That being said, we do contribute from time to time to local publications. In the past, our work and team members have been covered in the Washington Post, Washington Examiner, Washingtonian Magazine, and The Norwest Current.
Most recently, Four Brothers was asked to contribute to an article in the Washington Times, in which author Michele Lerner covered kitchen remodeling. More specifically, Ms. Lerner sought input from several local design/build firms on how to enhance the appeal of a small kitchen; a most relevant topic when considering the space constraints that are posed in many Washington, DC kitchens.
Of course we were more than happy to make our lead Kitchen Designer, Liz St. Rain available for this cause. After all, as anyone who has worked with us over the years will know, Liz is passionate about her kitchen design! Follow the link below to read the full article.
